DeleteAllowing time for your liver to get healthy is so important! I've been participating in 12 hour fasts. But you've given me good food for thought about doing it for longer amounts!
ReplyDeleteYes. Of course. I go no longer than a week at a time because, lemons are acidic and can be harsh on teeth enamel.
